We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order, as it applies to all digital products sold by IB Essentials.
No-Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products after the download link has been accessed or after 48 hours from the time of purchase, whichever occurs first.
This policy is consistent with standard digital goods consumer protection law and is clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing your order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions – When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure: the download link does not work and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement within 5 business days of your report.
- Wrong product delivered: you received a product materially different from what was described on the product page.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@ibessentials.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You found the product available elsewhere at a lower price.
- The product did not meet your personal expectations for content style or depth.
- You purchased the wrong product (we encourage you to review all product descriptions and previews before purchasing; contact us before purchasing if you have questions).
- Your school, teacher, or institution did not approve or use the material.
- You are outside the IB program or the material is not applicable to your course.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of delivery and these accepted terms. We may also suspend access to your account and future purchases pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to future purchases and services.

Previews and Product Descriptions
Where possible, we provide sample pages, table of contents, or detailed descriptions of our products before purchase. We encourage you to review all available information prior to buying. If you have specific questions about a product’s content or suitability, please contact us before purchasing at support@ibessentials.com.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds via gift card, store credit, or alternative methods unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
